The Royal Oak is a 17th century pub set in the village of Burton Leonard halfway between Harrogate and Ripon. A family run public house for the past twelve years, John, Julie and their daughter Natalie are well know locally for their warm welcome and friendly persona.
The Royal Oak maintains a traditional feel with an open fire, beer garden, cask ales, fine wines and locally sourced ingredients for their home cooked food. John and Julie pride themselves on the quality of the menu, using Yorkshire meat from Waterford House Farm in nearby Kirkby Malzeard and fresh fish from Hodgson on the east coast in Hartlepool.
The Royal Oak is situated halfway between Harrogate and Ripon, 1 ½ miles from the A61 and just 15 minutes drive from the A1. If you prefer to book, call us on 01765 677 332
